103pp inc index, glossary of cookery terms, illustrated list of kitchen equipment and many colour photos - Just under 200 recipes for fish (195 to be exact, but I was taught long ago never to start a sentence with numerals), chapter on the importance of fish to the diet and various ways of cooking fish. Chapters on each type of fish (oily, white, smoked, etc) are prefaced by a chapter introducing that type. Reipes are indexed by recipe number. Book is immaculate, except for some slight soiling to covers, pages and page edges, and some recipes are ticked in the index.
