Everything from an easy to memorise conversion chart for approximate Celsius to Fahrenheit temperatures and approximate Metric to Imperial measurements as well as timings for various defrosting methods and of course a wealth of recipes for batters, biscuits, cakes, candies, fish, meat and poultry, puddings and sweets and much more. From the traditional shepherds pie to the more daring (in its day) Russian Fish Pie. The book is immaculate.
