1796pp plus 80pp index (yes, eighty pages of index) - This encyclopaedic work covers English Lit from The Middle Ages through to the start of WWII. Standard ex-lib markings and stamps. DJ and book show much hard use. Page edges are soiled, cover is splitting from book at front hinge, A few index pages are creased and several other pages are dog eared. DJ shows edgewear and several taped "repairs". Book is, however, eminently useful, readable, researchable. A large and heavy volume which may require additional shipping cost.
