544pp inc index and many illustrations - Johnson is the writer of The World Atlas of Wine and was considered the world's best-selling wine writer at the time of this publication. This is a "directory of 40,000 of the world's wines, chateaux, grapes, regions, wine makers and vintages" with details of 7,000 makers of wine. DJ (now in protective sleeve and not price-clipped) is edgeworn, soiled and has a 2 inch closed tear to bottom of front panel hinge and very small closed tear to top of that hinge, likewise, but even longer closed tears to rear panel hinge and long open tear to top of spine extending to rear panel. DJ lamination is pulling away from DJ at a couple of places. Textblock is clean and tight except for some soiling of page edges. A large and heavy volume which will require additional shipping cost.
